About this delegation training

Managers who cannot delegate end up overloaded, and their teams never grow. This course helps your managers decide what to hand over and to whom, brief it clearly, and check in at the right level for each person. Everyone leaves with a delegation plan built from their own to-do list.

What should people bring?

Is this a time management course?

Not quite. It focuses on handing work to others well, which is usually the biggest time saving a manager can make.

Why is the minimum 5 people?

So there are enough people for practice groups. If you have fewer, contact us and we will help.

Can we combine it with the other short courses?
